China Pharmaceutical University-Genertec Meheco High-end Preparation Joint Research Institute Inaugurated!

On March 25, the inauguration ceremony of China Pharmaceutical University-Genertec Meheco High-end Preparation Joint Research Institute was held in Nanjing. Zhou Mingchun, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Leading Party Members Group of Genertec, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Li Yadong, Chairman and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Genertec Meheco, and Hao Haiping, President of China Pharmaceutical University (CPU), addressed the ceremony respectively. Zhou Mingchun and Hao Haiping announced the inauguration of the Institute.

The High-end Preparation Joint Research Institute aims to integrate industry-university-research resources for breakthroughs in key engineering technical problems during product industrialization via the development of high-end preparations and improved new drugs, by leveraging the advantages of Meheco in industrialization and the rich talent and competitive technologies of CPU.

Attendees of the event included Fan Lixin, Deputy General Manager of the Scientific and Technological Innovation Department of Genertec, Hong Jiaqing, Deputy General Manager of Meheco, Lyu Heping, General Manager Assistant of Meheco, Kong Lingyi, Vice President of CPU, Li Zhiyu, Executive Vice President of the Institute of Science and Technology of CPU, Wu Zhaoqiu, Vice Dean (in charge) of School of Pharmacy of CPU, and Zhang Tian, Vice President of the Institute of Science and Technology of CPU.

After the inauguration ceremony, Zhou Mingchun, Li Yadong, and the delegation, accompanied by Jin Nengming, Secretary of the Party Committee of CPU, visited the new experiment building, related laboratories, and the history museum of CPU, to gain a thorough understanding of the university's R&D innovation system and history.
